and are they all electric adjustment?

1999 models, they look more reflective inside than the pre 99 ones.

No, they changed them in 1999, so 1999 and 2000 models are the same.

Its the lenses that are different, pre 97 wont fit, but you need a 99/00 model year crystal headlight
