Yes you can , If you have the Subaru 4 pot calipers you can fit our 335mm disc and bell kit , it retains the standard calipers , in the kit is a caliper spacer kit that widens the calipers to accept the 32mm thick discs , and caliper brackets that bring the caliper out to accomodate the larger diameter disc , we supply a bigger pad than standard to suit , This kit works as well as the AP 4 pot set up , and is £550 complete , and that is with a 12 month or minimum thickness guarantee , We have sold many of these kits for track day use and have had no complaints regarding there reliability or performance .

edited to add you need 17" wheels to fit them , they will not fit under 16" wheels.

Following on from the performance driving course a couple of days ago, I'm now thinking of uprating the front discs and pads for my MY01.

Already decided to get the braided hoses, but I'm looking for some thoughts on good disc/pad upgrades. I'm not in a position to go for the full AP / Brembo upgrade just yet (can't really justify it to be honest).

On my old MY00 I did have Pagid discs and Pagid blue pads, which were great - nice improvement over the standard ones and coped quite nicely around Bedford Autodrome. I'm looking for something similar (but also suitable for everyday use and perhaps not quite as noisey at low speeds)

I had the scoobysport grooved Group N's and DS2000's...very good.
Apparently DS2500's are even better.

Chris, the Pagid 8 grooves and blue pads together with braided hoses and better fluid i found to offer a good improvement over the standard brakes, but as ever you get used to them, so i have recentley upgraded to AP 6 Pots and wish now i had gone for them in the first place and saved the loss i took with the pagids, IMHO if i were you i would wait and save for the AP's they really are that much better.

This is something I'm still trying to get a straight answer on. Can you get a good reliable track day set up without spending £1500 on brakes?

as you've got 18" wheels, I'd go for the 355mm discs which offer even better braking performance. Thats the size I've got on my P1 and it rocks. Most people only mention 335mm because they have 17" wheels.

Yes they do , They will fit behind all 17" wheels , We did have a problem fitting them behind the RB5 and Jerome Barry's OZ superturismo's when we first started making these kits , we changed the kits slightly so they now fit these wheels as well. Cheers , Ian

With the standard subaru 4 pot calipers the biggest is standard , 294mm , but with other calipers 308mm , Cheers , Ian

I went for the Group N+ pagid set up from Scoobysport and was not disappointed

Hopefully going to to for the Group N discs, 2500 Pads and Goodridge hoses from good old Trouser at TSL!
These will be going on a MY01. Hope this helps.

We now use Pagid's new RS42-1 pad. Virtually identical friction to the RS42, but silent running and negiligable dust.

Better low temp friction too, but still working perfectly at 750 degC
