Always loved the scooby rumble, always will. But i was up close to a Merc C63 AMG today at Oulton Park, have you heard the exhaust note off them when driven? jeessuuuss!!! one of the best sounding cars ever IMO. was behind a DB9 and Ferrari on the way home, still didnt sound as good as the Merc.

All of the recent AMG Mercs sound like thunder. They make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Same with the Audi S5 V8...........

Only driven the auto's, they bog the power down on launch but once out of 1st gear woo hoo, they just dont stop pulling. guess thats what 570 off bhp does tho

I followed a bloke in a VX8R today and that made one hell of a V8 sound both at tickover and when he floored it-fantastic!

 

my uncles cls 500 is parked on my drive on the moment.. (when everyone goes out) mannnn that thing sounds awesome!! i like the feeling off the car rocking side to side as urev it.. v8 all the way
