So they have designed a test where the hight of a single object is the same as that of the grille, of course your going to have severe damage, the bumper does what it says, bumps, that is above the bumper, so only cars fitted with bull bars will end up ok, then sod the pedestrians, they wont mind being hit by a car with bull bars
