Default 6 speed driveshafts

hi all, just after info as i got a 6 speed box with matching diff plus prop and linkage but when looking at the box it has no spleens out of the side for the driveshafts in the front slide onto it is a uk box and will get pics up in the morning plus gearbox code which i did check and its a uk 6 speed
just wondering do i take the splines of my uk box ? or do i need front driveshafts with splines ??? eg.. male ones box is STI V8 03-06 any help would be great thanks

you might need to grab some stub axles from an auto box

Just got a uk 6 speed box myself and got the driveshafts as well... They are slightly different to your own where they connect to the box but as far as i know, your's can be modified to fit... Might be easier getting the driveshafts to match though...

Could you do me a favour and measure the propshaft you got from tip to tip?

i have been told that all i need are the stub axles and c clips and renew seals while i do this and thats all i need as my driveshafts will fit from my uk, when i get five Min's will sort the measuring out for you thought i would have got more replies than this and got more answers from a smaller forum in 10 min

cheers fella and thanks for the pic will have to get hold of some me thinks are they easy to fit eg just push in or something as i have not got much of a clue when it comes to scooby gearbox

Just tap them in, you should here a reasuring click once the c clips seat, fit the new seals and attach your drive shafts as usual, with the dowel pins.
