Default Lost outlook express password recovery prog ??

Looking for a small prog to recover all my lost passwords entered on my pc since owning, used to have this small programme that would show your outlook express password / windows password and all the various passwords you had enter online.

particularly needing one to recover a lost outlook express password if anyone can suggest a neat little programme for xp ??

Did actually check google before posting but to be honest there seems so many off these type off programmes out there these days I just thought I would ask on here first.
