Gearbox Experts, What 2nd gear do I have?
I Recently purchased a Gearbox which had supposedly been rebuilt by ATM, Gearbox code is TY754VN1AA. Anyway gearbox was apparently Whining in second so was purchased as needing another rebuild.
I've stripped the box and found that the tooth width of Second (Driven) gear in the whining Gearbox is 1mm wider than a normal second gear from a TY754vn1aa. (This has lead to the cog rubbing on 3rd Drive gear and cogs have over heated.
Can someone tell me which Box the Wider 2nd comes from??
