Push engine and box back together, then it should slide out easy.

Yup, pliers was all i used.

I guess you could make/buy a slide hammer to get it moving if really stubborn

put prybar behind the bolt head and lever agaist the box, once it gets so far you might have to put a choc of wood between the prybar and box to lever it further out?

hope you sort it mate

Get a m6x50 hex head bolt, screw it in all the way until finger tight then get a set of grips behind the bolt head, put a bar behind the grips and lever it out making sure the box bell housing is flush with the block and it will slide right out, its so frustrating the first time ya try then after that you cant understand what all the fuss was about!

Wiggle the top of the pivot arm as you pull it out

join the box back to the engine first it should make it easier. Mine came out with just pulling by hand.
