Hi all,

Want to junk the rediculous double din head unit in my Sti import classic wag. I'm going to get a single DIN stereo, what goes in the spare slot normally any pictures? Have a couple of 60mm Greddy gauges (Oil Pressure and EGT left over) and may put them there or are they too big to fit I can't measure at the moment as I'm stuck to a chair?

If I decide aganist it what usually goes there, plastic blanking plate? Any pics would be ace

you can buy a 'pocket' that slots in there ....store cash, phones, pens, zip ties, screwdrivers, old parking tickets, shades, keys, paperclips, odd screws, cd's, maps of shell garage locations, torch ...did I miss owt?

Do you know what the height is in mm? I do have candle powered lights so no wonder it's so bright maybe I can flip it round and use for road lighting?

Yeah i did the same, now i have, from the top, single din head unit then the ash tray a cig lighter (mainly for the power socket) then the guage holder **NEW** single DIN triple 52mm gauge holder BLACK on eBay, also Dial, Dash Switch Custom'n, Interior Styling, Car Tuning Styling, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 23-Jan-09 22:14:32 GMT) and at the bottom the small curved storage area, looks loads better imo
