Default Classic MY96: Trouble Code 32 Oxygen Sensor

Hello, i am from Germany.
I have a little problem with my pre-facelift my96 impreza turbo. all standard,, no tuning,
about 177000 miles.
If i cruise, not full throttle, sometimes my check engine light goes on.
When the light is on, the car has less power and blocks a bit if i go full throttle.
When the Check Engine Light is out, all is fine.
I have replaced the Oxygen Sensor behind the turbo in the downpipe.
Problem is still there

What should i do know??

Sorry for my very bad english

Thanks for help
