Wat oil would you recommend is most suitable?

Hey there Im wanting to change my oil.

My car is a 03 wrx running 330bhp and with 43000miles on the clock

My mechanic swears by millers oil.

Millers oil is perfectly good stuff. I would suggest CFS 10w/40

yep im running millers 10/50w change it every 5 thousand thou if ya drive it hard buddy just my humble opinion.
