Default 05 sti, should it have dccd?

Its probably been said before but cant find the answer,

I looked at a 05 sti to buy today but it dint have the dccd control, the dial or on the dash. It does have the other 05 bits, wheel arch trims and larger hubs, wheels, dash etc.

Is this ok? were some made like this or should it have the dccd.

cheers for any help

Euro import, uk cars came with the dccd as standard and you paid the extra 1000 quid premium for it, but on euro cars it was an optional extra.
