Default Remap after exhaust

General question really after the fitting of a new exhaust (inc removing of both cats) and getting a remap, whats the situation with the car when its time for its MOT, i dont know of any "friendly" MOT stations, so would need to stick at least one cat back on, Would the car suffer from doing this after the remap.. Dont wanna damage anything

just fit it and take it easy. Can not see it doing any harm it would most likely just make your car slower!
