Quick exhaust question - MY03 - MY05

Will a H&S backbox from a MY03 fit straight onto a MY05?

Yes.

Only one it won't (for a tidy fit) is a MY06 Hawkeye STi which has Rear Under Diffuser in the way of a jap angle box.
