Default I only have 2WD

Desperatly looking for help and advice, I have a 97 Turbo 2000, I noticed that when driving there was a 'dragging' sensation like the brakes were stuck on, so i put it on axle stands and ran it through the gears, Shock Horror, i only had 2WD but the weired thing is it is only the Front Drivers wheel and the Rear Passenger wheel that have power to them, the other 2 wheels cannot even be turned by hand. When in reverse the rear passenger wheel turns as well, Is this a buggered gearbox, or front, centre or rear diff? Any help appriciated.
