WRX Gearbox options....
I got a bit excited today and managed to mangle 3rd gear syncro. So as my clutch isnt great either i've decided to change the gearbox and clutch in the next couple of weeks.
My car is an import 1995 WRX wagon.
What gearbox will i need and do i specifically need the wrx box or can i use say an sti one or uk gearbox? Just wondering about transfer box ratios, diff ratio's etc.
What is the part number i'll need?
Where is the best place to get a box for my baby?

dave will sort you out a nice refurbed box. dont buy 2nd hand as it could be screwed
