Question blitz nur spec r ,classic owners,advise please

i have a classic my98 saloon
what i need to know are these exhaust systems a direct bolt on to the standard downpipe?
also what does resonated centre section mean?

the reason i ask i have a chance of purchasing one from a my95 wrx will it fit my car?

They taper at the joint to 2.5" to fit standard downpipes.

Resonated means it has a silencer in the centre section. Reduces drone and noise a little, strangles all of 1-2bhp out of the system.

Non-resonated is much louder.
