Hi Guys,

I have a Mongoose exhaust system on my Classic MY00 UK which was on the car when I bought it, its exactly the same as this one on Fleabay.

SUBARU IMPREZA TURBO CATBACK MONGOOSE EXHAUST 93-00 on eBay, also, Subaru, Car Parts, Cars, Parts Vehicles (end time 30-May-08 17:28:58 BST)

Note it has a bolt on flange between the back box and center section and not slip on like a lot of Mongoose systems.


I want to buy one of these to get rid of the box in the middle to make it a little more free flowing and a little noisier.

I had a Stainless open mouth downpipe fitted last year so I know it will fit that ok its whether it will fit the backbox as I heard people say Mongoose systems are not compatible with other systems or is that just the slip ons?

So if I buy one of these center sections will it fit or will I have to change back box as well???

it will fit if the mongoose is 2.5"

if it's 3" then it will only fit the down-pipe and not the back box.

 

Ok will have a look later to see what size.
