just wondered if the ecutek remap consists of an aftermarket ecu being fitted or is it mapped into the origional ecu

 

Ecutek maps your existing ecu.

 

Just maps your ecu, but you've got to pay the software lisence first, this is a one off, any following maps are much cheaper.

I went to Powestation for mine. A bit of a distance but they are very professional and I was happy to entrust my car with them.
Cost me £550 + VAT

Prosport in Stockport also remap and have a good rep.
