and if so with out an moding ? also whats the "3 bolt flange" ones that people talk about ?

Yes they will fit an MY99 turbo, but for that price there probably not very good.

"3 bolt Flange" is the joint between the headers and up-pipe i believe.

You probably be better off with Ported Standard Headers or paying extra for something tidy like Gruppe-S or GT Spec.

The price (probably poor quality decent headers are generally £350+), they have a flexi pipe which is normally the place they break.

the tubes themselves are made from very very thin stainless steel. Not good at all.
