Default Can the oil seals on a turbo be changed?

As title says
I think the oil seals on my turbo are on there way out, so just wondering if i could replace them.....

Depends on what turbo you have.
Mitsu TD series are rebuildable, i believe the VF series by IHI isn't.

I think it is a IHI VF series.
Which model I don't know.

I believe the Euro spec cars had a td05 until my97, and the last 4 years of European Turbo2000's (my97-2000) had a Td04.
Japanese models I think almost always had a VF Turbo of some sort.

So more thn likley i wont be able to change the oil seals on my turbo
Whats the next route?
Rebuild it?
Re-conditioned unit?
New unit?
Second hand unit?
