Default advice if poss

hi has anyone had this fault iv got its on a my94 wrxsti if i go over a bump when accelerating or cornering on boost i get this awfull sound that last a good few seconds after it sounds like a router cutting a thin piece of plywood its not the wheel bearing i do have a very loose twisted turbo heatshied the lower part is loose as hell but can this cause this noise its bloody getting to me lol

ill a look at it bloody hard to get to the heatshield to take it off dont suppose it will make any difference if i remove it thanks guys
