What are the chances of being speed cammed on the moterway... IF there are no Visible speed cameras... Just wondering like

Helicopters ! White lines in the road mean you should look up too

 

On the motorway, mobile cameras are much more common mate; they've not taken to hiding them in cats eyes. . . . . . . yet!

Genernally, if they're there, you'll see them; it's just a case of whether you see them before they see you!

I know this stretch of moterway and there are no normal cams on it I was just having a worry... The guy I was playing with in the M3 should be worying aswell... I guess if we'd been snapped i'd be in jail now or would it come through the post?

I would imagine it would come through the post, even if it is telling you about a court appearance. sorry if thats bad news. lol Wouldnt worry about it if you couldnt see anything though

I've been using the M3 from J4a (Fleet) right to the end when it turns into the A316 into London every day for the past six years... there's no cameras, I very, very rarely see a patrol car parked and the averaging cameras on the M25 bit when I come home from work southbound don't work (they're not there to fine, just to gauge speed of traffic for the benefit of the highways agency). I always do a reasonable pace and have never had a ticket on the M3. You're safe.
