Default How many years will pslewis get for murdering a pixel ?

pslewis is up before the judge within the next few days regarding a dead pixel, is pslewis innocent or will the currys prosecution find him guilty of murdering this pixel ?

How many years do you think he will get if found guilty ?

The infraction system has already found him guilty

I guess the case will hinge on PSL's premeditation - was it indeed pixel murder or was it simply a case of pixelslaughter? The judge will obviously take PSL's advancing years and frail constitution into consideration before passing any sentence on him.

On the other hand, pixel-pete may find himself lucky in that the prisons are already full to bursting with speeding motorists and council tax non-payers.

We wait with baited breath!

Yes but I thought that you couldn't infract someone unless they have breached the terms and conditions of this site?

I bet he was left in a position where it is easy to get him banned. I think that is rather surprising.

I brace myself for the ensuing infraction or ban which may follow. Or even an explanation perhap's!

We are all entitled to our own opinions, political or otherwise. Even if Pete does come out with some strange ideas in that respect, that is no reason to run his character down. He has a finely developed sense of humour which I personally quite enjoy.

I'm fairly ambivolent as to whether he is on this board or not but the number of threads he has muppetised with his unique brand of humour must run into hundreds.

Whether he is a nice guy or not, I can see why some people are upset with his behaviour.

The problem is the T&Cs are too vaigue. The idea was that people could use common sense.

However, its easy to intentionally take a person's post as offensive or trolling....for example you could find this post offensive because it seems that I'm being condescending towards you therefore- offensive post.

Or my previous post showing sarcasm - that can be seen as trolling.

Of course when the infractor is questioned, they simply say, oh sorry, my mistake.

If someone intends on getting sombody banned, its quite easy to falsly interpret their posts to suit their needs.

Bit sad really, obviously bored playing Solitare like the rest of us desk jockies: They should get Vista installed, then they can amuse themselves by playing "Mahjong Titans" and "Inkball" all day long, or maybe do some work . And leave Lewis in peace.

I think that those who jump up and down over his posts are those with a distinct lack of humour or who do not possess his wit.

Rumour has it that Currys have asked for a 'stay' of 28 days. pslewis, being the great guy he is, has agreed to allow Currys time to file a defence.

He is eagerly awaiting what that defence will be, Currys accept that the TV has a fault, which is against the Sale of Goods Act.

It's difficult to see what Defence there could possibly be?
