Question Funny One - This ......

Today I hear a funny noise from the rear of the car, not all the time (very random) - just now and again ..... the noise is exactly like I have a branch of a tree caught under the car!!

Looking under the rear there is no branch or twig.

Nothing in the boot which would make that noise.

I wrapped some new tape around the hatch catch (a source of rattle anyway). Not sure if this will have cured it yet - but, it's not a rattle sound.

Exhaust is sturdy, shook the car rear and nothing - bounced up and down on it and nothing, so assume the suspension is fine.

Any ideas??
