Default Legacy Wagon or Forester?

Hi,

I've been the happy owner of a Legacy Wagon for over 10 years.

It's time for a new vehicle and I'm looking hard at Subies but just wanted to know if anyone had comments about the practicality of the space offered by the higher Forester compared with the longer lower Legacy wagon?

Cheers

I would have a forester mate.

You can get a real smart one if you look hard enough.

I managed to pursuade my disabled father who is 66 to have a jet black xt turbo prodive.

I must say it is nice with full leather & optional sat nav pack.

it is a 04 and a rare automatic as he only has one leg.
believe me this is to good a car for him but not having my father in a people carrier.

The new Foresters are a much nicer car than they were 10 years ago.

Having said that, the Legacy still has the best toys, followed by the Forester and then the Impreza.

But, the Impreza has the better handling characteristics, out of the box
