Hi all

I really want that awsome dump valve woosh sound.

At the moment my 52 wrx bugeye has a prodrive chip and I have had a complete decat (including up-pipe).

I've heard some BOVs and they sound quiet and weak.

Which do I buy?

I would say leave well alone. But if you really must then the HKS is about the best.....if you can have a best VTA

 

I just got back from Scoobyclinic where they fitted me a GFB dump valve and i am very impressed with it. Nice sound when you want it but can also keep it quiet when needed £140 plus vat fitted and took them 10 mins. Can't recommend these guys enough well worth a visit.

 

I would go for a forge motorsport dump valve. I have one on my classic and it gives a nice whoosh when at high boost but it is silent if you are taking it easy

 

IMO that HKS SSQ one sounds the best.It might cost a lot but they are worth it.

This is the wrong fitment i think but you get the idea.
