I think the new age 6 speed flywheel will not fit the 5 speed gearbox.

Save for the better clutch and use the excellent Group Buy here, Bob knows what he is about.
Cheap clutches are not worth it in any Impreza.

General impression on this thread is that the stage 2 clutch is garbage:
Honda-Tech.com: Honda Prelude: F1 Racing and XTD clutches?

If money is tight I'd think it was better to get the 230mm Exedy clutch from ebay (£167.50 delivered) and just get the flywheel skimmed.
Exedy flywheel on ebay is £281.50

The £167 one is standard replacement clutch which most motor factors will sell.

If you are want something which will take more power and abuse then the uprated Exedy one will be the one to go for.

I lost count of how many full bore launches I did on mine (well into 100s), sometimes with over 50 launches in just one weekend

And it still retains a nice OE feel.

It says it is, but it doesnt look like it (uprated one is in a pink box)

Very hard to tell the difference and people have been stung before, when they think they are buying/fitting an uprated version and it truns out not to be and starts slipping.

Try the Group Buy to see if you can get the clutch on its own. They are 100% the uprated version and probably not much in it price-wise when you take into account shipping/taxes etc.
