Question ngk spark plug gaps??NGK 6's or 7's??

was about to fit new NGK pfr7b spark plugs to my car only to find out it has NGK pfr6b fitted in decent condition, am not sure if there worth changing but the ones fitted have a gap of 0.85 is the correct gap 0.7???
is it worth changing these for the 7's the car is a classic my00 sti with K&n panel filter ,a full decat and remap on the cards.

The 6's are the standard fit, but ppl upgrade to 7's
Gap should be between 0.7-0.8
