Default HAVE I FOOKED MY CAR!!!!

HI THERE SOME ADVICE NEEDED I THINK IVE FOOKED MY ENGINE IM GETTING ALOT OF ACTIVITY ON APEXI FC KNOCKLINK AND CAR IS NOT PERFORMING AS IT WAS RIGHT HERE I GO THE FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS WHEN COMING OFF BOOST WAS GETTING A PUFF OF SMOKE FROM WHAT LOOKED TO BE AIR FILTER AREA THEN CAR STARTED IDLING FUNNY AND THE ODD MISFIRE SO TOOK CAR HOME NOW IDLERS OK NOW AND THEN BUT TAKE OFF OIL FILLER CAP AND SEEMS TO BE ALOT OF PRESSURE THERE AND A BIT OF SMOKE WHEN REV CAR (FROM OIL FILLER) AND ALSO THERE ARE NO KNOCKING NOISES COMING FROM ENGINE UNTIL YOU REMOVE FILLER CAP AND ITS AS IF THE PRESSURE IS STOPPING SOMETHING TAPPING WHEN YOU OPEN FILLER CAP AND REV ENGINE THERES A LOUD KNOCKING NOISE BUT ONLY IN THE FIRST 2000 REVS AFTER THAT IT GOES IT SEEMS LIKE A VALVE STICKING BUT WOULD THAT CAUSE THIS OR HAVE I KILLED A PISTON

sounds more liekly to be a piston problem..............a compression check will normally confirm
