hello, i just fitted a front mount intercooler into my wrx 93 yesterday. i was wondering how do you know when its properly adjusted. i took a guess that i was given 3 washers and the max was 1.9 bar it can handle. sooo putting in 2 washers as im probably running around 1.2 bar may be around right. also it was oponeing up on idle and when i added 2 washers it stayed closed. but did open up as i reved to around 3.5rpm.

not an expect and just taking guesses on it shouldnt open up too early but cant be too tight due to far to much pressure and backfire and loosing boost etc. any help would be great thanks.
