Has anyone in the UK tried the upgraded torque convertor, upgraded valve body
route on a classic 4eat WRX. ( my 95 ) ?

it's a standard technique in the States, have spoken to a couple of TC people in UK who would be willing to "experiment" but can't anticipate results ?, not exactly the cheapest of options either, I'm willing to drop tranny myself but not multiple times to get it right !.

Valve body mod would be an easy install but once again need to find someone who knows ( not guessing ) what to do in the UK as sure shipping would be prohibitive ?

any ideas ? or experience ?
