Default New fuel pump needed - walbro on standard setup ?

i need a new fuel pump, mine gurgles/makes some god damn funny noises when i turn igntion on,so take it its a bit foobard,anyhoo,can i fit a walbro or are these only for cars with faster flowing injectors etc etc

walbro will be fine with std injectors, have read on here that they can overpower the std regulator a bit.

Fuel pumps do tend to make a noise though when the igntion is turned on whilst they prime up so there may be nothing wrong

My old pump was getting tired so I put a Walbro 255 l/ph pump on. My car is now running seriously rich so need to get it mapped asap. That is my own experience but others have had no problem.

Pick a walbro up for around £80 if you shop around.

that was my worry,over richness as its pumping alot faster/more amount of fuel.

i cant see a bigger fuel pump making the car run richer guys

or am i mistaken
i thought it was a simple job to pump up fuel to the rails ?!?!?
