Default getting some knock, could it be the fuel?

my00 sti have been remapped etc, and the other day i replaced the maf to turbo inlet pipe as my standard one broke. after i fitted the samco inlet pipe i had a vv little bit more in the way of knock (around 13 on apexi pfc) and all has been well for the last couple of days.

i have noticed that the boost peeks around 0.2-0.3 more than before as well (mayb due to the samco)

today i filled up with v power, and went for a good drive, but i had a couple of high knock readings coming up on the commander. i added some octain booster (dont normally use, not mapped for) and it helpted out, but i had around 2 more times of high knock.

could this be the fuel, or do i really need to get the map tweeked due to the samco inlet pipe?

thanks
ian

Could be either, but I'd assume it is because of the inlet pipe.

Try another couple of tank fulls and see if it gets better, if not, get the map tweeked
