okay - my 05Sti seems to have sprung a leak in the boot.

i think its the boot seal, nearside - when I spray it with water and 'wobble' the bootlid (to try and simulate it moving along!) it leaks.

anyone else had this, and know a cure? new boot seal??

 

Warranty jobbie?

usually leaking rear light cluster, cluster needs raking out, cleaning reseating and maybe a spot of sillicone sealer for good measure.

 

warranty had a first go - put sealant on the rubber seal, but it still leaks.

another go due, but thought Id see if anyone else had this, and how it was fixed!
