Default which oil?

just putting a new gear box in my car its putting out about 330 bhp just want to know what is the best oil to put back into it?

Red Line Heavy Shockproof gear oil is expensive but well worth the cost. I ran a standard type RA gearbox at 380Ibft plus of torque for well over a year on this oil with no problems.

Opie oils (Oilman on Scoobynet) have just started selling the oil and have a 10% discount on until the 3rd August.
