Default Equal Lenght Headers Hanging A Little Low???

Just Had a set of Scooby Sport equal lenght headers fitted. They fit perfectly and went on with any greif.

Thing is they hang really low, well in my mind they do. I not able to have my engine cover fitted any more and I'd say they hang down a good 2inches lower than the old manifold.

Is this normal? Does anyone else have equal headers fitted and suffer this problem.

My only concern is grounding out, My cars not lowered so I'm hope not to have much of a problem. Just wasn't expecting this at all.

On the JDM cars with equal length headers (though im not sure you can really compare here) there is a different sump and down pipe, actually half the engine is different, but part of that is to do with the headers AFAIK.

Panic over, now the cars settled back done on four wheel off the jacks, the headers don't look anywhere near as low as I thought.

Your better of having them a little lower, some almost touch the cam covers
