Rad Fan staying on!!!!!

Just been out and when i got back i pulled up and temp gauge was just under half way , turded engine off but left ignition on and the fan stays on,is this a thermostat problem?

the fan on mine usually comes on about half way on temp gauge and stops after a minute or so with the ignition on,so sounds normal to me i,d check you levels etc to make sure no leak but sounds normal.

was the air con turned on? my fan will continue to run with engine off if a/c is switched on
