Default 98 2.5GT clutch prob's

I have a 98 Legacy 2.5GT with about 130K on it. The clutch has been replace at around 90K. I noticed that in the winter time, my clutch has been working fine, but after the warm weather set in, my clutch sticks to the floor. I have trouble shifting it also when it's sticking down to the floor. Works fine when i first start driving, but as i drive for 35 mins or more, i dont get any resistance from it until it's nearly to the ground, then when i let off of it, it only moves 1/2inch back to me until i put my foot under it and pull up a little, then it jumps back up. If i give the car a break and let it sit for half hour or more, works ok, again, not great, but a little bit better until it gets completely cooled off. Could it be that it needs to be bled? Clutch release cylnder/ assembly to release cylnder? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for the quick response! I really appreciate it. Would u happen to know where it's located...i cant seem to find it in the manual. Is it right behind the intake manifold between the engine and firewall? thanks in advance.
