Lightbulb Had a few hours to spare..

Found it as addictive as doing your own porting, lol..

Just wish I could do the same to the turbo intake hose without having to remove half the engine..

Hopefully, as the saying goes, "many a mickle..." If not at least it looks .

What did you use ? Boiler tape , Should help reflect the heat somewhat, It's surprising how hot the black under bonnet items get

Aluminium tape from Halfrauds. Goes on really well IMHO. How long it stays on is another matter, although it does have very strong adhesive.

As you say, black has to be the worst colour for a cold air box and pipework..!
