Question Filling in forms on t'internet

I have a fairly modern Dell 3GHz running XP home with IE7. Can surf the internet, send and receive e-mails, download news, etc.

But, whwnever I fill in a form on the internet and SUBMIT then it never goes or arrives. I don't get an error message, but never get a reply. And if I follow up on the phone then it has not been received.

A lot of companies now insist on this type of communication for software support, or pay £10 to use the phone

Anyone got any suggestions, what I'm doing wrong, configuration I should check, add-in required, etc. ??

I'm guessing you are using Internet explorer. Try downloading and using "Mozilla Firefox" just to see if the problem is from the program you are using.

Why guess when you can read my post

The particular site I was trying did work with Firefox. However some don't support Firefox. e.g. CA Antivirus knowledgebase here:
knowledgebase.

Any ideas why Firefox works but IE7 doesn't?
