Default Fancyplates

Has anybody dealt with this company in the last 2 months or so? I made an order on the 5th April and payment was taken very quickly. As yet I have yet to see my order or even get a reply to my e-mails.

Their phone number seems to be permanently engaged as well making getting my money back or even my order impossible.

Overall certainly a company I would not recommend to anybody.

Not much help now I know but, I recently bought some plates from Demon Plates and the service was absolutely superb
I sent them a photo of the logo I wanted on Wednesday , by Thursday morning they had e-mailed me a preview of what the plates would look like, they looked great so I called them and paid for the plates and on Friday morning they arrived.
If you have no joy with Fancy Plates, give Demon Plates a call , they really are a great company to do business with.

Used them mid april myself. Delivery took around 3 days max.

May be worth trying that BT ringback thing to get through to them to chase it up..?

Good luck.

I ordered a set of plates last year and still haven't received them. As we're only talking £20 or so I just couldn't be bothered to chase it up. WILL NOT be bothering with them again. Went and ordered plates from this site instead. Top quality and arrived the next day.
