HELP........ What is this pipe for ?
I have a STI 8 2003 model and found this pipe laying on the offside of my engine bay, I have tried looking everywhere but can not find where it goes.
Can any of you guys help me?

As Kris says, It does look like an Oil breather pipe. Have you checked on the top of the cylinder heads, Crankcase vents, & in and about the inlet manifold towards the rear of the engine, If it was a breather you would normally have a strong engine type smell at tickover & possibly depending where it was routed/vented to, Poor running !!!
Perhaps it's a Red Herring
& not a pipe at all Dean
Looks more like the boost pipe from the back of the inlet manifold to std recirc valve.
I think the cam cover vent on the drivers side looks like this but is sleeved with another piece of hose.
If it is the boost line then it will be causing all sorts of running problems on a std car and the CEL should be on.
