Question

I have just been on the Warrender site looking at some rather tasty looking EVO 7s. Then I noticed that there's a WRC Tuned "Upgrade" to something like 380 BHP. There's even one there which has over 400 BHP!!!!!!!!

How come you can tune the EVOs to the region of 380 BHP (not just on EVO 7 but 6 as well) but the Subarus can't? I'm not saying that it's impossible but you don't hear of many 380 BHP Imprezas do you?

All responses will be much appreciated.

I think it's "slightly" easier to get decent power out of EVOs - however all these supposed high power jobs seem very numerous on the boards, adverts etc, but very few on the ground when it actually comes to proving it.

Dunno why....

can you not get a 22b upto 380/400bhp??????

but there again does a Impreza need more than 280/290/300 bhp??
the complete package seems fine as it is and we still give cars £10k/£20k/£30k+ a run for there money don't you think???!!!???!!??

don't 4get you only need a s/s zorst and an air filter on an Evo and you get well over 300bhp from a Std 280bhp car Evo's 1-6/7
