Default Forester STi

Been reading up on these since I cam across the 5th gear piece by Vicky Butler Henderson.

If the running costs are similar to an Impreza STi it wouldn't be a problem but does anyone know why they seem to depreciate like a stone?

Looking through the Autotrader, Pistonheads etc they seem to lose money hand over fist.

2006 is £22, 500 from David Hendrys
2005 is £18, 995 from Car Planet
2004 is £14, 999 from Car Planet

That's about £4000 a year. Not what I expected from what looks to be a nice piece of kit. Does anyone know why?

On a similar note I'd assuming that a Litchfield remapped model would be getting about 25mpg. Would that be correct?

Default price

They dont its just me,we just want to get rid of the old ones we have and at the same time some lucky people who may not have the money to get one because of the price,NOW CAN, its good to make people happy and thats what we are trying to do There are no gimiks there just cheap. The new shape we have coming are cheap because we were lucky and we bought them cheap at the time. so the price hasnt droped, after we have sold what we have the prices will go up again because we are going on to a new project,so dont think that if you buy one it will drop, this is the last of the old shape and thats it.
