cv joints
Can anybody help me ? For some time my sti 94 has been jerking bad from pull away 1st gear i took it to a garage they said its the inner cv joints that have gone and it would cost me £479 does this sound right?

Not sure, but you could call David at Welcome to the API website and chat it through with him.
At a guess:
2 good second hand drive shafts with CV's = £200
Labour to fit = 1 hour by API
VAT = Total of about £300
