Default Which spark plugs???

Just having trouble with my engine and i think i have boiled it down to the plugs.
which ones should i go for considering my spec?

HKS headers
HKS Downpipe
HKS Drager full system
De-Cat
Huge FMIC
FMIC Water spray
Nismo 550cc injectors
Walbro motorsport fuel pump
Apexi AVCr
Apexi Power FC + commander
Map By Andy Forster

Would agree with Jolly NGK's are the ones to go for none of this Denso iridium crap.

the ones i have at the moment are denso and i think they are the problem but i have my doubts.
