CLUTCH NOISE

CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH AN ANNOYING PROBLEM? MY CLUTCH HAS STARTED SQUEEKING WHEN PRESSED ON. IS THIS SOMETHING TO WORRY ABOUT?

Does the squeek come from inside the car our under the bonet. Could just be the clutch pedal linkage in the car needs a lube.
