What are you all running on?
I have 17" Michelin's on and I am about to get a PPP, don't know if that makes any difference.
My last set of Bridgestones did wear badly on the front on the outside, so was on 34 lb, now trying 33, wear doesn't seem too bad so far.

 

I go 34-35 on my 17's. Simply down the amount of tramlining any lower.
