Question DUMP VALVES ???????

Can any1 let me what the best dump valves for an classic Impreza AWD turbo 00 is ? ALSO DOES ANY1 HAVE ANY SOUND CLIPS OF THEM?

are dump valves any good, read a couple of posts on here suggesting they are'nt for standard/slightly modded cars?

wont make any difference to performance on 99% ov road cars

the best aftermarket ones are the ones left on the shelf
better off using o/e one

No performance gains, but do sound good if you like that sound,

Its a marmite mod, love it or hate it,
same as the peeps who hate blue scoobs 'cos everyones got one', yes theres a lot about, cos they look nice IMO.

Bigger spoilers/wings, graphics etc, all down to personal taste.

Me too, but it was yellow when i got it, couldn't afford a respray, now i like it.

As for DV's gone back to OE one now due to engine tweeks. so VTA is on for sale bit

I haven't fitted one to my scoob, but I can recommend a Bailey twin piston (DV 26 I think). Used them on previous cars and they're spot on, far better than the supposed GRP A ones.
I can't comment on BOV's as I've never used one.
Personally I'd be more inclined to leave the OE one (or replace it for a Bailey recirculating DV) and get an induction kit, that way you'll get the wastegate chatter instead

As already said; it's Marmite.
